Fixed Fee - Davis Gregory Probate Department

Please contact either Simon Greener or Sarah Lawrence on 01242 235202 for current prices for our Fixed Fee Probate Service.

Grant of Probate is a formal document issued by the court which formally validates the Will and gives the Executor legal authority to deal with the deceased’s assets and debts and distribute the estate in accordance with the terms of the Will.

Letters of Administration (needed when there is no will) are issued instead to the next of kin of an individual who dies without a Will and gives the administrator legal authority to deal with the deceased’s assets and debts and distribute the estate in accordance with the intestacy rules.

At Davis Gregory Ltd, we have a small dedicated team of probate specialists headed by Simon Greener, Solicitor and Director, and can help you as much or as little as you may need.

As well as a Fixed Fee for obtaining probate, we also offer a Full Administration Service.
