Lasting Powers of Attorney registration fee refunds

If you registered Lasting Powers of Attorney between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2017, you could be entitled to a refund of the registration fee.

Have you registered Lasting Powers of Attorney between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2017? If so, you could be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, but only if you claim it before February 2021. We have helped many of our clients obtain a refund. The process is clear and simple. You can claim a power of attorney refund from the government website, or contact us if you would like help. Read more about it on the Todays Wills and Probate website
