Stamp Duty Holiday

Fantastic News from the Chancellor! A Stamp Duty holiday until 31st March on all properties up to £500,000. Now's the time to buy and sell!

Rightmove have just issued a study of which areas will benefit from the stamp duty holiday.

One of the top areas in the country is Leckhampton, Cheltenham. On the average house price of £477,518, a saving of £13,876 could be made.
