Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer (full or part qualified) required for 12 month fixed term contract - immediate start

THE ROLE:
We require an experienced Conveyancer for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for conducting a varied caseload of matters assisting the qualified fee earner and could include opening files and handling through to completion and acting for a range of clients.
SALARY:
Up to £25,000 - negotiable dependent upon experience.
THE CANDIDATE:
As a successful candidate you must be a skilled domestic property conveyancer with a proven track record of dealing with transactions from start to finish and have the ability to work without close supervision.
You will have proven technical knowledge and a track record of a broad range of residential transactions. You will work alongside and under the supervision of the qualified lead fee earner.
