Davis Gregory can help when there is a debt collection. We use High Court Enforcement Officers whenever possible. Upon receipt of your instructions we immediately forward to the debtor a letter before action, requesting settlement within 7 days.

Money Claims

In straightforward money claims the only details you need to send us are the debtor's name, address, email and/or fax number, the amount due, the period of invoices and a brief description of the basis of your claim ie. goods supplied.
