A law graduate of Leicester University, Tim trained in London and qualified as a solicitor in 1977. After working for a large west country firm Bond Pearce & Co he came to Davis & Co in October 1983. He is managing and client care director of Davis Gregory. Tim specialises in accident claims and is accredited by the Law Society and College of Personal Injury Law as a specialist. He is a Notary Public, he also deals with employment claims for both employers and staff, and civil disputes including professional negligence claims

Simon specialises in wills, probate, and commercial conveyancing. He has a law degree from London University and is a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section and Property Section. He qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and is an accredited Trusts and Estates Practitioner. Simon joined Davis & Co in 1990 and is a director of Davis Gregory. He is a practising Christian.

Laura graduated from Birmingham University in 1980 and qualified as a solicitor in 1983. After training with West Midlands firm Blakemores, she worked in Coventry until 1996 when she joined Davis Gregory. She is a director and leads our family law department. She is a member of Resolution - First for Family Law, formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association. Laura is a qualified family mediator and a Notary Public.

Tim is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Institute of Credit Management. He has over 25 years experience in the law specialising in civil litigation, including building up a successful debt recovery department which was recommended in the Legal 500. He is seen as a local expert in commercial debt recovery, enforcement and insolvency. Tim acts for many businesses locally and nationally resolving disputes and assisting our business clients with drafting of business documents and contracts.

Andrea joined Davis Gregory in October 2006. She started her legal career in 1996 with Clarke, Willmott & Clarke in Crewkerne, Somerset.
Andrea became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2001 and for the past 6 years, prior to joining Davis Gregory was working for Shoosmiths Solicitors in Basingstoke specialising in high value and serious personal injury claims. Andrea is a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Layers (APIL) and also has Senior Litigator status.

Angela graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 1993 and after a period in retail management completed the Legal Practice Course in 1999. Whilst qualifying as a solicitor at BPE solicitors in Cheltenham she specialised in personal injury litigation before moving to Tayntons in Gloucester continuing in that area. Angela joined Davis Gregory in May 2007 undertaking a wide range of personal injury work and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury lawyers.

Alison graduated in law from the University of Bristol in 1992 before completing her Law Society Finals at the College of Law in Chester. After qualifying as a solicitor at Thursfields in Kidderminster she went on to specialise in personal injury litigation at Rees Page in the West Midlands and, more recently, at Hughes Paddison in Cheltenham. She joined the Personal Injury team of Davis Gregory in January 2007. Alison is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
